Tasks Include (but not limited to):
Answering phone calls from customers as well as workers.
Making phone calls to customers to ensure their staffing needs are being met.
Making phone calls to workers to ensure they will be reporting for work.
Sending/receiving emails.
Processing work tickets and payroll.
HIGH level of accuracy in data entry.
Maintaining several job posting websites, sending messages to job-seekers.
Assisting new applicants with the onboarding process.
Managing folders, files, and paperwork.
Refilling office supplies/keeping track of gear and equipment.
Driving workers to their job assignments.
Maintaining cleanliness of the office.
Keeping calm and professional in high stress situations.
Communicating with people from diverse backgrounds/cultures and language skills.
Communicating with co-workers to ensure that everyone has all needed/relevant information.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
