Overview:
We are scaling our Supply Acquisition Program, and vendors play a crucial role in executing and optimizing recruitment efforts. This role will oversee third-party vendor partners responsible for sourcing and engaging service providers. The Vendor Management Lead will manage day-to-day vendor operations, ensure high-quality lead generation, and drive continuous performance improvements.
This is a high-impact role that requires cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Program Operations, Legal, and Finance to streamline workflows, establish performance benchmarks, and execute a multi-channel engagement strategy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partners engaged in service provider acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with growth goals.
• Develop and implement a vendor performance management framework, setting KPIs for lead quality, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee contractual compliance, payments, budgets, service level agreements (SLAs), and escalation processes.
• Monitor vendor performance daily, tracking lead generation, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
• Design quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure vendors deliver high-quality, high-intent leads.
• Implement feedback loops through call shadowing, agent coaching, and workflow audits to enhance vendor effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to measure the impact of optimizations, such as script changes, coaching, and incentive programs.
• Develop scalable systems for vendor reporting, data sharing, and performance tracking.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve lead engagement and optimize recruitment workflows.
• Continuously refine incentive structures, aligning vendor compensation with lead quality and conversion targets.
• Partner with Program Operations & Marketing to align vendor outreach with multi-channel engagement efforts (email, push notifications, SMS, inbox messaging, calls).
• Work with Legal & Finance to manage vendor contracts, compliance, and payment structures.
• Coordinate with Product & Data Teams to integrate vendor leads into the broader acquisition funnel.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Vendor Management Expert – Experience overseeing third-party vendor operations and optimizing outsourced recruitment efforts.
• Data-Driven & Results-Oriented – Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and implement scalable improvements.
• Operational & Process-Focused – Skilled in designing quality control processes, incentive models, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborative Leader – Able to work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between vendors, program ops, and marketing.
• Problem-Solver & Innovator – Passionate about improving efficiency, automating workflows, and enhancing conversion rates.

Compensation range for position is $141,000 - 156,000 DOE.
