We’re seeking a highly skilled Airtable Planning Product Manager to lead the planning, execution, and reporting of large-scale programs and projects within a payments organization. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational goals, driving process improvements, and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in workflow design, planning frameworks, and project governance—particularly using Airtable as a core tool.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in workflow design, planning frameworks, and project governance—particularly using Airtable as a core tool.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to define change management frameworks, including process launch governance and approval workflows.
- Drive roadmap planning and reporting governance for payments-related initiatives and service operations.
- Plan and track strategic priorities across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with product managers and planning leads to establish tools, processes, and cadence for performance and project tracking.
- Review process and procedure documentation to identify potential issues, inaccuracies, or risks.
- Own and manage a custom enterprise Airtable platform used for portfolio and capacity planning.
- Build, maintain, and scale the Airtable-based tool to support enterprise-level needs across teams.
- Design and implement workflows, dashboards, and reporting systems to support decision-making and project visibility.
- Enable consistent communication of project status and deliverables to leadership and external stakeholders.
- Integrate communications cadence into the broader rhythm of the organization.
- Influence stakeholders to effectively manage change and drive alignment on priorities.
- Gather and assess operational requirements to inform prioritization and execution planning.
- Continuously drive simplification and efficiency through process improvements and best practices.
- Proactively manage deliverables and timelines, ensuring accountability across functions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 8 years of project/program management experience, ideally in high-growth, high-volume service operations environments.
- Demonstrated expertise with Airtable, including automation and database design.
- Strong experience in capacity planning, workflow automation, and enterprise-level portfolio management.
- Strong command of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe).
- Proficient in SQL for data reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certification.
- Experience working on change management programs.
- Exposure to payments systems or marketplaces is a plus.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
