We are seeking a Operations Manager to join a strategy and operations team focused on defining and maintaining high-quality standards for a premium portfolio of properties. This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, analytical, highly collaborative, and an excellent communicator.
The team oversees a curated collection of high-end homes and ensures the supply consistently meets or exceeds established quality benchmarks. The Operations team supports both new and existing partners through in-person assessments, merchandising improvements, and ongoing operational support.

Compensation range for position is $76,000 – 85,000 DOE.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery through coordination with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Identify and resolve ongoing gaps in quality management and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to exchange insights and contribute to cross-regional initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day quality escalation operations and manage support agent teams.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials for new team members to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Continuously assess and improve operational processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
- Analyze supply performance in collaboration with data teams to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
- Ensure operational practices are compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements; manage risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including regular updates, performance metrics, and progress reports on initiatives.
- Take ownership of special projects that require problem-solving, agility, and initiative.
- 10 years of experience in quality operations, management consulting, or project/program management
- Demonstrated success in leading global operational initiatives and delivering impactful business outcomes
- Hands-on and adaptable, with the ability to pivot quickly based on shifting priorities and project needs
- Proven experience working cross-functionally in matrixed environments with teams such as product, sales, account management, data science, and policy
- Strong analytical capabilities; able to leverage data to inform decisions, identify trends, and communicate insights (SQL a plus)
- Skilled at balancing short-term goals with long-term strategy
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Curious, open-minded self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments
- Preferred: Experience in luxury hospitality or high-touch customer service environments
