About You
- Experienced product manager with 3-5 years of experience building and launching products or features, preferably in the data, compliance, or privacy space.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of both creative and critical thinking.
- Passionate about protecting user data privacy and ensuring responsible data practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build relationships across teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with tight deadlines.
- Strong communicator with experience managing cross-functional teams and audiences.
- Data-driven mindset, using analysis to identify and drive product improvements.
- Organized and results-oriented, with a bias for action and impact.
- Able to work independently, creating structures and developing operational processes as needed.
As a Key Member Of The Privacy Technology And Product Team, You Will Collaborate With Stakeholders Across Privacy Management, Legal, Product Counsel, Privacy Engineering, Operations, Analytics, And Design To
- Conduct user research to understand privacy perceptions and expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies for handling regulatory and privacy inquiries.
- Build a product roadmap and backlog in collaboration with privacy stakeholders, focusing on areas such as data subject rights automation.
- Write product requirement documents and feature specifications for engineering teams.
- Contribute to design decisions, working with designers and content writers, and using Figma as needed.
- Define key metrics, write SQL queries, and collaborate with analytics teams to develop reports and visualizations.
- Maintain and report on the status of initiatives in both technical and privacy-focused forums.
- Perform competitive research and analysis to inform privacy-related product improvements.
- Create communications around feature launches to drive awareness and engagement.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks flagged by privacy teams and stakeholders, delivering necessary engineering fixes and updates.
- As a key member of the privacy technology and product team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across privacy management, legal, product counsel, privacy engineering, operations, analytics, and design to:
- Conduct user research to understand privacy perceptions and expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies for handling regulatory and privacy inquiries.

- 4 years of program or project management experience.
- 4 years of experience in privacy, compliance, security operations, or privacy program management, particularly in a global technology company.
- Relevant privacy certifications such as CIPP or CIPM.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
