As a Technical Account Manager within our BS&I practice, you will be a crucial bridge between our clients and our technical solutions. Your role involves understanding client needs, providing exceptional technical support, and ensuring successful implementation of our products.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary technical point of contact.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist during pre-sales processes by addressing technical queries and demonstrating product capabilities.
- Post-Sales Support: Provide ongoing technical assistance after the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Training: Train clients on effective product usage and best practices.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to our development teams for continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Track product performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Solution Identification: Analyze client needs and recommend upgrades or additional features.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to win new business and expand existing accounts.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of digital technologies, software tools, and front-end development.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities to address client challenges.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to grasp client needs and provide timely solutions.
- Business Awareness: Understand the intersection of technical requirements and business goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Mandatory proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager, minimum 5 years of applicable experience.
- Hands-on experience in digital technologies and customer support.
- Must be available to attend meetings in office / PNW clients daily.
