From surveying information, summarizing data, and providing detailed reports to designing surveys and other research methods to achieve best outcomes, you will own and execute various business analyst functions vital to our continued success. Driving all data conversations with external and internal stakeholders, you will serve as a critical resource and subject matter expert on various analytics crucial to recommendations and campaign execution. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate complex results into clear, understandable, and actionable information
- Prepare and deliver findings reports using illustrations and graphics to communicate salient information
- Develop and assess procedures and methods for critical data collection, including surveys, opinion polls, and questionnaires
- Conduct ongoing research on marketing strategies and consumer trends while using data from statisticians, marketing research, pollsters, etc.
- Track and forecast sales and marketing trends, and generate resulting reports detailing an analysis of the data collected
- Collect and analyze data regarding demographics, customer preferences, buying habits, and needs to identify better market potential and factors influencing market demand
- Stay apprised of the latest innovations and trends in the distribution, promotion, pricing, and design of products and services through conferences, networking, and other professional events
- Effectively measure the effectiveness of advertising, marketing, and communications strategies and resulting campaigns
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized and detailed with the ability to multitask
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Proven experience in market research and business analysis
- Knowledge of software applications, including SAS and SPSS
- Experience with various survey tools
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data
