REDD WOOD is an upscale restaurant with French inspired cuisine and elegant ambiance. Owned by world renowned Michelin Star chef Richard Reddington, also of REDD Rochester.
Position: Sous Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu planning.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes with creativity and attention to detail.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Contribute to inventory management and cost control.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within fine dining.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to cook with live fire
