Responsibilities
- Assist stylists with various tasks, including preparing clients for services and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Sanitate tools and equipment according to health and safety standards.
- Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments using Acuity software and greeting clients warmly upon arrival.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Support stylists in performing services
- Mentor junior staff or interns by sharing knowledge of color theory and best practices in hair care.
- Maintain inventory of salon products and supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for use.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred but not required; passion for the beauty industry is essential.
