Quick Lube Service Technician Responsibilities:

Maintain efficiency and accuracy in performing basic maintenance

Inspect and recommend worn parts ahead of the vehicle’s breakdown or damage
- Perform quality multi-point inspection on every vehicle
-
Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks
- Ensure wheels and drain plugs are properly torqued
Quick Lube Service Technician Requirements:
-
Ford Certification is a plus

Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus

Ability to identify the problem quickly

Knowledge of automobiles

Effective analytical and communication skills

Strong reading, computer, and mathematics skills

Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications

Comfortable operating electronic diagnostic equipment

High school diploma or GED
-
Minimum of 1 year in service department

Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills
