Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful project management.
Duties
- Coordinate maintenance repairs with vendors on behalf of owners & tenants
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success
- Manage project documentation, including project schedules, and reports
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Utilize content management systems for document storage and version control
Skills
- Strong project leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Proficiency in using content management systems for document storage and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in conflict management and resolution within a project environment
- Familiarity with AppFolio for document management and collaboration purposes
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making processes
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
