Since 2016, Redding’s Structuring & Advisory team has structured and rated over $170BN of transactions globally.
THE ROLE
Redding Ridge Asset Management is seeking a highly motivated and skilled CLO Structurer to join our dynamic Structuring & Advisory team, supporting both our market leading global CLO issuance business and other platforms within the Apollo ecosystem utilizing securitization technology. Supported platforms include MidCap Financial, Apollo Debt Solutions BDC, MFIC BDC and Diameter Capital Partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with senior structurers and other stake holders to assist in all stages of deal structuring and execution
- Build and run cashflow models using Excel and Intex, including replicating rating agency stress scenarios
- Formulate & articulate recommendations for issuance & equity deployment
- Work closely with the Portfolio Management team to monitor existing deals, identify & proactively address constraints
- Communicate with legal counsel and rating agencies to ensure timely & smooth ratings process
- Maintain deal pipeline for internal and external communication
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, accounting, mathematics or a related field
- 2 years of experience in CLO structuring and modeling
- Proficiency in Intex (Dealmaker and Calc) and Excel, VBA a plus
- Fluency with all “Big 3” CLO rating agency methodologies and models
BASE PAY
$175,000 / $200,000 DOE
The base salary range for this position is listed above and is dependent on individual candidate experience and skills. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
