KarmaLab is Reddit’s in-house creative strategy team. We sit at the intersection of brand needs and Reddit culture, helping advertisers show up in ways that resonate with real communities. We’re equal parts creative thinkers, strategic storytellers, and cultural translators. And now, we’re building for scale.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for someone who loves solving the how behind creative impact—someone who can streamline processes, build tools, and champion automation to unlock Reddit’s full creative potential. This is a behind-the-scenes but high-impact role, perfect for someone who geeks out over AI workflows, cross-functional coordination, and removing blockers for creative teams and sales partners alike.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI-powered tools and self-serve systems that scale creative strategy across Reddit’s sales org.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive AI adoption and automate the delivery of creative guidance.
• Stay plugged into the latest AI trends, tools, and tech—and translate them into practical solutions for real business needs.
• Own vendor and legal operations: from onboarding to approvals to procurement, you’ll keep creative projects moving and prevent unnecessary delays.
• Jump in on creative strategy work when needed—supporting high-impact RFPs and building strategic materials that drive results.
  
  
  

Who You Are

• You’ve scaled creative or strategic programs before—whether through AI, process design, or automation.
• You love a good system. You find joy in creating tools, frameworks, and workflows that make life easier for others.
• You’re curious about AI and excited to apply it meaningfully in a creative context.
• You’re a cross-functional wizard—comfortable working with legal, finance, product, and sales to get things done.
• You get the creative side, too—and you’re comfortable contributing to pitches, playbooks, and creative strategy moments that matter.
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in creative strategy, marketing operations, AI enablement, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience streamlining workflows or scaling programs across a business.
• Strong communication skills, especially in cross-functional or highly collaborative environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be applied to content or creative processes.
• Proficiency in Google Slides and collaborative documentation tools.
• A portfolio, case study, or example of your systems-thinking or creative work is a plus.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at or with a social media platform or within a creative strategy org.
• Past work with AI tools in a marketing or creative context.
• A background in vendor management, legal operations, or cross-functional program management.
• Previous exposure to Reddit communities or culture is a bonus—but curiosity counts, too.

Pay Transparency

This job posting may span more than one career level.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and will also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is

$134,600—$188,500 USD
