As Reddit continues to grow we are looking for a talented leader to build a new Mid-Market Services team in Los Angeles. Our US Mid-Market Services segment is made up of advertisers in services businesses across B2B, Finance, Gov, Travel, Education, Healthcare, and more. You'll build and lead a team of Client Partners and Account Managers to drive acquisition and same-store growth of partnerships within this segment. This is a unique opportunity to build a new team within a segment that serves as a true cornerstone of our sales organization.
Please note that this role is required to work in-person from our LA office 1-2 days per week.
You'll be responsible for :
- Recruiting, training, and leading a team of top-of-industry Acquisition Client Partners, Same Store Growth Client Partners, and Account Managers
- Building and expanding your organization in smart and profitable ways
- Drive your team to exceed established revenue targets
- Advise sales and product management regarding market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources, and strategic planning
- Partner with Marketing to drive new product launches, marketing communications, and further establish Reddit as a leader amongst challenger brands
- Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan
- Building and managing senior-level relationships with key clients and agency partners

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and will also be eligible to receive a commission.
