For 20 years, we have been serving the people of Idaho, and helping them in their mental health recovery. We offer a variety of different services including counseling, peer support, case management, respite care, and more! Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Case Manager located in Pocatello, ID. As a Case Manager at Reddoor Supports, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to clients, coordinating care services, conducting assessments, and developing care plans. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive and effective mental health services.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in case management or related field
- Knowledge of mental health resources and services
- Ability to conduct assessments and develop care plans
- Good organizational and time-management skills
