SUMMARY OF JOB:Holy Redeemer Home Care and Hospice’s ability to continue the rich heritage of the Sisters of the Holy Redeemer and care, comfort, and heal in the home is directly related to the talents, motivation and accomplishments of our employees. A primary way staff connect to our mission is by collaborating with all team members in promoting an environment that provides quality, compassionate, holistic, patient-centered care and supports all internal and external customers
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills and evaluation techniques and demonstrate knowledge of clinical skills, judgment, current professional practices and analytical capabilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing organizational needs
- Detailed oriented and able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and educate others
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and other computer applications preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
- HCS-D and COS-C certifications preferred. Otherwise, must demonstrate proficiency with the OASIS review and ICD-10 coding within 6 months and must obtain required certifications according to Agency requirements.
LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Current RN state license
- Three to five years home care experience
