SUMMARY OF JOB :
UP TO $6000 SIGN ON BONUS!
- Responsible for collecting and evaluating clinical data, analyzing data for patterns and trends in care delivery
- Have ability to discover the root causes of specific patient care trends
- Educate staff to promote quality care and minimize patient harm and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Work with Organizational and Quality / Safety leadership and staff to create policies and procedures that ensure quality care and perform follow-up evaluations of data and organizational performance to ensure compliance and consistent, continuous improvement
- Facilitates and supports improvement projects / actions to meet or exceed threshold or compliance when opportunities are identified
