The Residential Director ensures that our residents receive quality care in a respectful manner in ways that supports the philosophy of Everyday Lives. This position is responsible for the oversight, regulatory compliance and daily operations of the HRHS IDP Share Homes program. The Residential Director is responsible for quality management, program development and staff supervision and training. And serves as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The Residential Director acts as and fulfills all responsibilities under ODP regulations for Program Specialist.

The Intellectual Disabilities Program expands Holy Redeemer’s mission to Care, Comfort and Heal by providing unique, trustworthy and compassionate care for adults with intellectual disabilities. The ID Program integrates health care with other supports and leverages Holy Redeemer’s expertise to enhance the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
One of the following:
1. A Master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year work experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities.
2. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years work experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities.
3. An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years work experiences working directly with people with developmental disabilities.
Ability to facilitate communication between internal and external customers
Excellent basic and persuasive communication skills
Have a valid PA drivers license, and satisfactory background checks including but not limited to (Pennsylvania Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance, Act 34 Criminal Clearance and Act 73 FBI Clearance).
