As a respected patient advocate and clinical expert, you will work under the direction of a supervisor or nurse manager to direct and take responsibility for total care of residents on a team. You will implement interventions designed to achieve the goals and objectives of the resident plan of care within a resident-centered framework.

Key Responsibilities :

• Direct and coordinate the total care of residents on a team.
• Implement interventions to achieve resident plan of care goals and objectives.
• Function as a role model for staff, recognizing the value of each person as an individual.
• Support and promote resident / patient strengths and abilities.
