Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the childcare facility, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
- Supervise and support staff in their interactions with children, promoting best practices in early childhood education.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns.
- Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in childcare and early childhood education
- Strong classroom management and teaching skills
- Knowledge of infant and toddler care practices
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Experience working with children with special needs or disabilities
- Ability to create engaging learning environments and activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
