Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Experienced Agent Launch program
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  
  

Qualifications

• Positive, happy attitude with a servant heart
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent, with a proven track record of 12 successful transactions.
• Active Georgia real estate license
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using real estate software, MLS platforms, and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
