Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist located in Baltimore, MD, with some work from home acceptable. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing case management, and supporting individuals through their mental health recovery journeys. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, developing and executing therapeutic interventions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Treatment Planning and Mental Health skills
- Experience in Social Work and Case Management
- Skills in Family Therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure in the state of Maryland (LMSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, etc.)
- Experience in the mental health field is a plus
