What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in used car sales with a proven record of success.
  • Highly skilled negotiator with a passion for sales, building long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong moral compass and ethics: We want someone who values integrity, transparency, and customer trust above all else.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from all walks of life.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a desire to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • A team player who can collaborate but thrives in an individual-driven sales role.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits through effective communication and public speaking.
  • Manage sales transactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize inventory management and support sales initiatives.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
