RedFarm ,an upscale-casual Chinese restaurant and bar, is currently seeking professional bartenders/mixologists to join a dynamic team located at the Coconut Grove location. Looking for team players who are outwardly engaging and authentically friendly. Candidates must have extensive knowledge in craft beer, cocktails, wine, sake, food and great service.
Summary
As a Bartender/Mixologist, you will be a vital part of the bar team, utilizing your expertise in bartending, food knowledge, and customer service to create memorable experiences for our patrons. With core skills in tending bar and food safety you will be responsible for suggesting, preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a well-stocked bar, and upholding high standards of beverage quality. Your premium skills in time management and multitasking will enable you to excel in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service. Your relevant skills in unparalleled hospitality will further enhance the bar guest experience, ensuring a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for everyone. Qualifications
- Experience of all aspects of the bar including bar setup & bar breakdown
- Ability to create and build craft cocktails
- Extensive knowledge of craft beer, wine and sake
- Comfortably guide guests through food menus
- High volume, detailed oriented

Responsibilities
- Creating consistent tasting drinks by following recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons & ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness & organization of the bar area
- Adhere to food safety standards & regulations
- Utilize TOAST for order processing & payment transactions
- Demonstrate knowledge of all types of alcohol & ingredients for crafting cocktails
- Provide full dining experience by suggestive selling food & drinks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
