RedFarm, an upscale-casual Chinese restaurant located in Coconut Grove, is interviewing Server candidates experienced in working in a fast paced, high-volume concept.
Our goal is to provide guests with an industry-leading dining experience, offering flavorful food & drinks with attentive, authentic service in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Summary
As a Server, you will be a vital part of the team, delivering unparalleled hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience for every guest. Your expertise in POS systems, food service and handling will be essential for properly taking & serving orders, and upholding food safety standards. With premium skills in time management, multi-tasking, and product knowledge you will excel in suggestive selling menu items ultimately enhancing guest satisfaction. As a team player, your relevant skills in welcoming and seating guests, running food & drinks, clearing & resetting tables, attending to all other guest services, and most importantly your sincere personality will further contribute to your and RedFarm's success.

Responsibilities
- Utilize TOAST to accurately process customer orders
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries & resolving issues promptly
- Ensure timely food & beverage delivery
- Adhere to food safety & sanitation guidelines while handling guest allergy alerts
- Detailed knowledge of all products
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean & organized workplace
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
