Contract Recruiter - Estimated 3 Months (Remote)
What You’ll Do :
Find Candidates : Find and attract [real estate] talent for open positions.
Evaluate Talent : Screen candidates to confirm they're qualified and meet the hiring requirements for the role.
Manage the Pipeline : Move and communicate with candidates through the recruiting process, serving as their primary point of contact.
Advise : Be the talent advisor to hiring leaders. Use your existing skills and experience to help advise on next steps with the candidates you have identified.
Requirements :
5 years experience as a full-life cycle recruiter, including real estate, corporate or sales sourcing experience.
Experience :
Building and executing recruiting strategies.
Supporting a broad geography recruiting for roles outside of your local area.
Workday (ATS), Phenom (CRM), Slack & Google Suite experience preferred.
