Kimberly Freutel is a top producing agent with Redfin out of the Bellevue office and she is looking for someone to join her team to care for both buyers and sellers in the greater Eastside of Seattle. The ideal candidate would love selling real estate but would like more steady income and the ability to work with and learn from a proven top agent.

This role is pivotal in driving the success of our real estate operations, responding quickly to our buyers and sellers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to all our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills, a basic understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with buyers and sellers and demostrate our services to earn their business.
• Implement effective sales strategies to achieve team objectives and maximize revenue.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages communication, motivation, and professional growth.
• Participate in training session with both Redfin and Kimberly to grow your real estate skills and knowledge.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on market trends and changes in real estate laws to inform team strategies and client recommendations.

Qualifications

• Some experience in real estate sales with a track record of success and an interest in learning and improving.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of basic real estate laws, policies, and forms is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
