As an independent contractor Associate Agent, you'll flex your real estate and customer service muscles by conducting events in the field. You'll be spending your time working with clients in person while growing your skills in the business.
The Role
Focus on what you love about real estate : leading home tours, hosting open houses, attending inspections, and more
Set your own schedule, working as much or as little as you like, depending on demand in your area

Skills & Experience
Real estate license and willingness to join local MLS
Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
Reliable mode of transportation

You're a customer advocate and a diplomat, able to think on your feet and respond quickly to clients' changing needs
