Redford Hearth have been retained to recruit an innovative, growth focused Chief Sales and Marketing Officer position with a leading operator of Senior care services across the Midwest. The company operate over 100 services, spanning Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing. This organization has been established for decades, with consistent and stable growth throughout the years. The role has arisen because of retirement, and the group are using this opportunity to identify a game-changer that can bring a new lease of life to their Sales and Marketing functions. You would have full autonomy over the entire sales process and ultimately be responsible for strategically positioning the organization to align with local and regional needs, to ultimately deliver census growth for their facilities.
The successful applicant will have a thorough understanding of the reimbursement pathways within Senior care, and be formidable at building strategic upstream and downstream partnerships to aid in sustainable census development. You will also be responsible for ultimately retooling the sales teams to ensure they are operating at maximum efficiency and in harmony with the facilities capabilities and needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop sales and marketing strategies for assisted living and senior care services, focusing on memory care solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience driving sales and marketing teams to deliver against revenue targets for more than 50 Senior care communities/facilities.
- Ability to forge high-value partnerships to improve patient flow and continuity across service lines.
- Strong negotiation and business development skills, with a focus on B2B sales.
- Proficiency in account management and customer service.
- Excellent analytical and leadership abilities to drive team performance and achieve sales goals.
