This role requires close collaboration with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of agreements. Responsibilities
- Review and update sales agreements to align with company standards and legal requirements.
- Work with sales and legal teams to confirm purchase orders’ accuracy and alignment with contracts, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and certifications required by customers.
- Manage and submit bid documents through customer procurement portals, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
- Assist in contract negotiations, addressing risks and discrepancies in collaboration with legal and sales teams.
- Maintain master service agreements (MSAs), templates, and centralized document repositories.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to support alignment across departments.
- Strong knowledge of sales agreements and contract management
- Experience with purchase order reconciliation and customer procurement portals
