Security Officers / Loss Prevention Officers

Job Description

Redhawk Consulting Group is seeking experienced, professional security & Loss Prevention Officers for full-time, part-time, and on-call assignments.

Shifts will include:

• Weekday
• Weekend
• Day Shifts
• Overnight Shifts
• Swing Shifts
• As Needed
  
  

Candidates Must Possess:

• Ability to be punctual
• Ability to work independently
• Strong conflict management skills
• Strong work ethics
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to accurately document incident information
• Ability to stand / walk throughout your shift
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Valid PERC card
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Three years security experience
• CPR Certification and/or First Aid Training preferred
• Luxury retail experience preferred
• Prior law enforcement and/or military experience welcomed
