What are the responsibilities and job description for the National Account Manager position at Redhill Search, LLC?
- Fostering existing business relations to grow sales and profitability by detailed account planning (yearly promotion planning, target setting) or by creating individual programs and marketing customized for each partner
- Initiating new business relations with sales partners in Region (channel partners)
- Quick and reliable processing of customer inquiries and product information
- Growing sales and developing business opportunities by acquiring new accounts and by introducing new products– act as a trusted advisor to current and potential customers
- Independently managing strategic customer discussions, identify customer needs and pain points, prepare quotations and finalizing contract negotiations
- Post Sales Management: customer follow-up and/or visits to collect feedback after completion of sales process
- Provide regular product and solution demos, information and updates to the marketplace
- Secure regular feedback-loop on market developments and competitor activities for deriving future market positioning activities
- In-depth weekly analysis of sales performance, target-oriented follow-up and achievement of sales goals
- Attending tradeshows, exhibitions, congresses to effectively demonstrate products/solutions and to develop new customer leads
- Accurate monthly forecast planning
- Budget responsibility
- Regular reports and data input in company CRM system
