This role is a unique blend of technical mastery and strategic foresight, designed for those who dare to transform data into actionable insights and groundbreaking solutions.The UI / UX Designer will lead the creation of user-centered designs that enhance the accessibility and usability of DoD AI systems. This role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable designs, workflows, and prototypes.Job DutiesConduct usability testing, user interviews, and contextual inquiries to gather insights.Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and flow diagrams for applications.Collaborate with developers and mission teams to ensure designs meet user needs.Monitor and analyze user metrics using tools such as Matomo, Qlik, or Tableau.Apply principles of user-centered design to create intuitive interfaces.Required ExperienceBachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience or Master’s degree with 5 years of experience.Expertise in usability testing, wireframe creation, and user research methodologies.Strong communication skills and prior experience with DoD or government environments.Required ClearanceAbout UsFounded in 2013, INflow Federal has distinguished itself through our exceptional services because of our deep-rooted commitment to our people.
