Key Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, and restoration of cyber defense infrastructure components
- Assistance in identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating the protection of critical cyber defense infrastructure and key resources
- Building, installing, configuring, and testing dedicated cyber defense hardware
- Assistance in assessing the impact of implementing and sustaining a dedicated cyber defense infrastructure
- Implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF)/Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) requirements for dedicated cyber defense systems within the enterprise, and documentation and maintenance of records for them
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to cyber defense systems
- Collaboration with other team members to ensure effective cybersecurity operations
- Installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, and restoration of cyber defense infrastructure components

- Build, install, configure, and test dedicated cyber defense hardware
- Assist in assessing the impact of implementing and sustaining a dedicated cyber defense infrastructure
- Implement Risk Management Framework (RMF)/Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) requirements for dedicated cyber defense systems within the enterprise, and document and maintain records for them
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cyber defense systems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective cybersecurity operations
- 10 years of experience in cybersecurity infrastructure administration
- Experience with Linux-based environment administration
- Experience testing, implementing, deploying, maintaining, and administering infrastructure hardware and software for cybersecurity
- Experience developing, creating, modifying, and maintaining computer applications, software, or specialized utility programs for cybersecurity
- TS clearance required to start with SCI eligibility
- Experience integrating third-party components, introducing new custom capabilities, modifying existing code, recommending process improvements, and automating operations and maintenance tasks
- Experience with Splunk, Oracle/SQL based platforms, and Python
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS preferred)
- Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA) or equivalent certification
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Associate
