Position Description

As a Program Manager with the Redhorse Cyber Analytics practice, you’ll lead a team of talented professionals to maintain critical operations in a continuously evolving information technology environment.
Responsibilities:
The Program Manager willprovide consistent leadership of contractor personnel performing work under various requirements while maintaining oversight and adhering to schedule and cost parameters. You will use Agile methodologies to direct and supervise engineering and technical personnel and ensure the team is trained on Agile processes. Documentation, excellent communication skills, and coordination with customer stakeholders, engineers, analysts, other contractors, and vendors is necessary to ensure positive working relationships and mission success.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of Program Management experience or Master’s degree with 4 years of Program Management experience
- Additional education, training, certifications, or work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
- 4 years of experience leading technical programs/projects
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of complex engineering projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
