About The Role

Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of intelligence gathering and analysis, providing valuable insights for decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interest
- Develop analytic strategies for identifying and exploiting target communications within the global network
- Identify target communications within the global network, focusing on data and voice communications (including DNR/DNI)
- Analyze communications data using specialized software applications and databases
- Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information
- Incorporate independent research to enhance target development, utilizing SIGINT and collateral report repositories
- Provide analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Intelligence Studies)
- Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support
- Within the last five (5) years, at least three (3) years of experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications
- Proven critical thinking and reasoning skills to make analytic determinations
- Knowledge of various technologies relevant to identifying analytic vectors
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with specific SIGINT tools and software applications
- Familiarity with DataBricks, GitLab, and Jira
- Experience with data analysis using tools like Spark
- Knowledge of advanced communication technologies beyond DNR and DNI
- Experience in presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences
