Quality Control Manager (Manchester, NH)
What you will do:
- Lead, Coach, Teach, and train the Quality Control Team.
- Collaborate with other lines of business to ensure quality products.
- Work in a fast-paced team team-focused environment.
- Assists in the preparation and execution of third-party agency audits (DOT).
- Understand and Utilize market intel to make decisions.
- Produce and submit bid packages for Commercial and Government projects.
- Reports on quality issues/deficiencies to the management team.
- Ensure proper corrective actions are assigned and closed out promptly.
- Recommends repairs for product, as needed.
- Implement corrective actions on mixed designs as needed.
- Responds to customers regarding quality issues.
- Ensures all raw materials for use in production meet specifications.
- Maintains regional database for key quality control documents (QC Manual).
- Maintains thorough knowledge of ready mixed concrete processes and equipment, have a workable knowledge of industry developments and best practices.
- Reviews mix and material performance annually and seasonally.

- Starting salary $90,000-$100,000 annually, based on experience.

Qualifications:
- Relevant construction materials and Quality Control Certifications (NRMCA & ACI).
- Bachelor's degree or construction industry work experience.
