We're looking for a Contact Center Supervisor to oversee our weekend operations and ensure seamless care coordination for our members. What You'll Do as a Contact Center Supervisor :

  • Team Leadership & Supervision : Manage and support the weekend team operations, providing guidance, coaching, and real-time problem-solving.
  • Operational Oversight : Ensure that all weekend care coordination activities run smoothly, including appointment scheduling, member inquiries, and care navigation.
  • Escalation Management : Address and resolve member and provider escalations promptly, collaborating with internal teams when necessary.
  • Process Improvement : Identify and implement efficiencies in care logistics to enhance the member experience.
  • Communication & Reporting : Provide weekend operational updates, report key metrics, and document any critical issues for weekday leadership teams.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure all team activities align with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and member service standards.
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Experience : 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in healthcare, customer service, or care coordination.
  • Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability : Must be able to work weekends and respond to urgent matters as needed
  • What You'll Earn :

  • Pay starts at $55,000 salary
