What You'll Do as a Member Experience Specialist
As part of the Redirect Health team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support by :
Issue Resolution : Serve as the primary point of contact for members facing escalated problems or challenges. Utilize your exceptional problem-solving skills to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions that align with our organization"s values and policies.Empathetic Engagement : Engage with members in a compassionate and empathetic manner, actively listening to their concerns and understanding their perspectives; communicate precise timelines and execution.Communication : Communicate clearly and empathetically with members, and providers, explaining complex healthcare information, coverage details, and resolution steps in a concise and understandable manner.Documentation and Analysis : Maintain accurate records of member interactions, issue resolutions, and feedback. Analyze trends in escalated problems to identify opportunities for process improvements and proactively prevent future issues.Escalation : Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or relevant departments for further investigation and resolution.Turning Challenges into Stories : Skillfully transform issue resolutions into inspiring narratives of triumph and growth. Craft compelling stories that showcase members" journeys from adversity to resolution, highlighting their resilience and the support they received from our healthcare services. Create a great story for our members to share.Compliance : Adhere to healthcare industry regulations, policies, and privacy standards when handling member information and resolving issues.Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of member issues.What We're Looking For
1 year of experience in a customer service role with a heavy emphasis on phone communication, Required.Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Required.Happy and friendly disposition; highly self-motivated individual with the ability to be a great team player, reliable, and strong oral and written communication skills, Required.High School Diploma or GED, required.A commitment to compassionate, team-centered care.Various skills and backgrounds welcome!What You'll Earn
