What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry-level Marketing Management Trainee position at Redis Marketing Inc?
Redis Marketing is seeking candidates to join our Entry-level Marketing Management training program. As part of this program, you'll interact with customers through interactive displays and promotions, promoting our clients' products and services. Our on-site promotions are very effective in big-box retailers, as they reach customers who are already in a buying mindset, enabling them to make fully informed and confident purchasing decisions.
As a Management trainee, you'll work with our clients' products and services, while also receiving guidance from a direct mentor who will coach you in the backend of running our business, including human resources management, client relations, profit and loss, and team management.
Responsibilities include:
- managing in-store marketing campaigns for our clients,
- training entry level representatives,
- communicating promotions and products to customers,
- troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns
- and maintaining a knowledge base of our clients' evolving products and services.
Qualifications include:
- a 2-year or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- previous experience in customer service, sales or related fields
- ability to build rapport with clients, self-motivation
- positive and professional demeanor,
- excellent written and verbal communication skills.
