Serve as point strategy and operations lead for Redis’s global Channel & Alliances team. Build scalable operating frameworks, drive flawless sales execution, and support predictable revenue acceleration.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide strategic business partnering and operational excellence for our global Channel & Alliances team
  • Liaise with systems, data, and GTM operations teams to build reliable and scalable infrastructure, operating processes, and data
  • Build PRM program to effectively manage leads, deal reg, opportunities, and bookings
  • Support management and optimization of Partner portal in collaboration with the Systems team
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop rules of engagement and other policies as needed for working with partner org
  • Develop and operationalize Leading Indicator framework to proactively ensure consistent attainment of growth targets
  • Standardize performance metrics, reporting/dashboarding, and analytics to monitor performance, identify actionable insights, and facilitate data driven decisions
  • Lead annual and long-range strategy, planning, and modeling for Channel & Alliances team
  • Support QBR content creation and meeting execution
  • Partner with Finance team to measure the effectiveness of our partner investments and programs, identify areas to improve, enhance and optimize
  • Project manage strategic initiatives to improve productivity and operating efficiency
  • Provide thought leadership, strategic direction, and innovative solutions to scale Redis’s partner business

What will you need to have?

  • 8 years of Channel, Partner, and/or Alliance operations experience in enterprise saas/software
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
  • “Operator” mindset, able to partner with stakeholders to drive efficient and effective execution of core workstreams to run the business
  • Proven ability to create efficient and scalable processes and systems
  • Ability to independently lead complex work streams across the organization, driving decisions and timelines with urgency
  • Strong attention to detail with intense focus on data accuracy and quality of output
  • Exceptional collaboration and business partnering skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives, sales leaders, and sales organizations

Extra Great If You Have

  • Experience with open source, PLG, or consumption based business models
  • Understanding of transacting and crediting through cloud marketplaces

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $142,000 – $212,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
