What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A Driver position at Redkey Express LLC?
Redkey Express is in search of a knowledgeable, hardworking, and career-minded Class A driver who is willing to operate a Ford F-450 truck coupled to a 35' trailer and up to a semi & 53' dry van. The successful candidate should also be prepared to fill in for our non-CDL flatbeds or box trucks if necessary.
The role will require hands-on skills and excellent communication with customers and dispatch. All of our equipment is equipped with safety tools and onboard equipment necessary to complete pick-ups and deliveries.
As an expedited delivery company, our standard operating days are Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of some weekend work. As a driver you can expect a 40-50 hour work week, based on daily needs, so flexibility is required. Deliveries are mostly same-day, but occasional overnight stays may be required.
