Schedule: Primarily Graveyard Shift (Some daytime shifts as needed)

Job Description

D&B Property Maintenance is seeking a reliable and hard-working Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. This role involves pressure washing the ground and exterior surfaces of commercial, government, and residential properties to maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, and other surfaces
• Drive company vehicles, including larger commercial vehicles, to and from job sites
• Safely work at heights when needed
• Follow all safety protocols and job site procedures
• Maintain equipment and keep tools clean and in working order
• Requirements:
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and occasional daytime jobs
• Confident driving larger commercial vehicles
• Not afraid of heights
• Must be dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Prior pressure washing experience is a plus but not required
