What are the responsibilities and job description for the CPC/EVS Administrative Assistant position at Redlands Community Hospital - ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES (EVS)?
Reporting to the Director of Environmental
Services, this position works to continually improve the Central Point of
Contact (CPC) and support all administrative functions as defined.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to payroll functions, work order
processing, cash handling, record keeping, and invoice processing.
Responsibilities also include ensuring that telephone and computer service
requests are dispatched efficiently, effectively, and with the customer in
mind. Handles requests related to security, lost, and found, conference room
requests, catering, patient requests as appropriate, and biomedical services.
Administrative support includes record keeping, typing, taking meeting minutes,
and filing. Other duties as assigned .
