What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Lead, Physical Medicine position at Redlands Community Hospital - PHYSICAL THERAPY?
Reporting to the Director of Physical Medicine; this position is responsible for directing and managing the administrative and financial functions of all areas of the Physical Medicine department, including administration of departmental fiscal affairs; managing departmental supplies, supervising departmental support staff; responding to and implementing matters pertaining to departmental policies and procedures; planning and implementing activities as determined by the medical director; promoting positive public relations; and performing other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration or related field preferred;
- One year experience in supervision in physical medicine field preferred;
- Experience in development and monitoring of budgets, contract management desired.
- Medical terminology preferred.
- Computer skills: Word, Office, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
