Salary: $10,000 sign-on bonus for Full Time positions
**Job Description:** As a staff RN at Redlands Community Hospital, you will perform professional role functions in accordance with scope of practice and professional standards. You will be responsible for demonstrating knowledge and ability to use and/or lead the scope of practice, professional standards, and accreditation/regulatory standards. This includes assessing your own professional role performance, current knowledge of theory and principles related to discipline-specific practice, and using a population-based approach to determine patient needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current CA State licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
- Current CPR (AHA) certification required.
- ACLS (AHA) certification required within 3 months of hire; 6 months if a New Grad RN.
- Current NIHSS certificate required within 6 months of hire.
