Job Title : Clinical Laboratory Scientist Generalist

The clinical laboratory scientist generalist reports directly to the Director of Laboratory Services and is responsible for performing moderate to high complexity laboratory tests that require professional judgment and technical expertise.
The primary goal of this role is to produce consistent and reliable test results that aid physicians in diagnosing and treating patients. To achieve this, clinical laboratory scientists must adhere to Redlands Community Hospital's policies and procedures, regulations, and professional standards.
