What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker position at Redlands Community Hospital?
Reporting to the Director of Social Services, this position is responsible for providing high quality patient care, displaying good skills in assessment, discharge planning and community coordination, psychiatric diagnosis, treatment planning, group treatment, individual treatment, family treatment, and discharge planning with adult patients. The Social Worker is expected to function well as a member of the multiple disciplinary team and participate in the unit community relations program.

- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school of Social Work required.
- Two years post masters experience working with psychiatric patients preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
1. Current California licensure as LCSW required.
2. Current CPR Certification required.
3. MAB certificate within 3 months of hire or transfer.
4. 5150 certifications preferred within 1 year of hire.
