We are seeking a talented and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Redlands Community Hospital. About the Position: This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of one year acute care experience. You will be responsible for performing professional role functions in accordance with scope of practice and professional standards, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.

- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to use and/or lead the scope of practice, professional standards, and accreditation/regulatory standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager.
Requirements:
- Current CA State licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
- Current CPR (AHA) certification required.
- ACLS (AHA) certification required within 3 months of hire; 6 months if a New Grad RN.
- Current NIHSS certificate required within 6 months of hire.
