About the Role: We are looking for an experienced RN who can demonstrate expertise in performing professional role functions in accordance with scope of practice and professional standards. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to use and/or lead the scope of practice, professional standards, and accreditation/regulatory standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager.
Requirements:
- Current CA State licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
- Current CPR (AHA) certification required.
- ACLS (AHA) certification required within 3 months of hire; 6 months if a New Grad RN.
- Current NIHSS certificate required within 6 months of hire.
